Paula joined the team over a year ago and she has become integral to the success of the site, she ensures everything is kept spotless and well maintained as well as solving day to day problems and helping campers in any way she can.
Paula and her husband Trav take over the running of the site and move in when The Glaister’s are on holiday.
Everybody needs a Paula in their life.
If you find a job you love you never spend a day at work, that is my job summed up ❤️ never a dull day or a dull moment and never the same day twice.
My favourite thing to do when not working – I love fell walking with my dog, spending time with family, especially the grandchildren ❤️ and converting our van into a campervan ready for adventures.
Fave walks – High pike across to Carrock fell which two of our pods are named after. I also love Buttermere, just ask me if you need any recommendations.
Use the track for a walk into Dalston.
Hire or bring your own super king fitted sheet for your stay in the pods. It will keep the mattresses together in Skiddaw and Carrock View pod.
There is a shower by the pod toilets to use ( some people don’t know it’s there 🙈)
